Voice rooms that end in prooffor meetings
Live voice rooms where every word lands in a transcript with the speaker's name — and the final report is sealed against edits. No more “that's not what I said.”
Free forever · No card required
Three room formats. One workflow.
Pick how the conversation runs — recording, transcripts and reports work the same in every format.
Walkie
Push-to-talk channels for teams and live communities. One press to speak, no talking over each other, zero setup for guests.
- Press and speakNo dialling, no “can you hear me?”
- One voice on airNo echo, no cross-talk — even with hundreds inside
- Works on weak networksVoice gets through where video already fails
- Guests join in one tapA link is enough — no account needed
- AI assistant inside the roomAsk a question or get a recap without leaving the channel (Pro and Premium)
Podium
A broadcast stage with backstage rehearsal, raised hands and moderated speakers — built for town halls, AMAs and briefings.
- Stage and audienceOnly invited speakers are heard, everyone else listens
- Backstage and raised handsRehearse before going live, give the floor in one tap
- Questions and pollsThe room upvotes — the best questions rise to the top
- Recording when the host decidesOne tap: speaker-attributed transcript, summary and chapters (Premium)
- Transcript translationRead the broadcast in your own language (Premium)
Conference
Video meetings with screen share, gallery view, waiting room and per-cohost permissions. Serious meetings, properly run.
- Video and screen shareFor everyone or for the speakers only
- Waiting roomYou decide who gets into the room
- Co-host rolesHand over control without giving up the room
- Private by defaultEnd-to-end encryption — on every plan
- AI meeting summaryWho said what, decisions and next steps — right after the call (Premium)
From conversation to signed report.
On Premium, every recording automatically becomes a transcript, a summary and a signed PDF — no extra steps.

Nina WeberOthers record meetings. Spotrum turns them into proof.
Every alternative solves one slice. Here's where each stops — and where Spotrum picks up.
Video meetings
Reliable live video and screen sharing.
The recording is an ordinary, editable file — no sealed minutes, no cryptographic signature, and no way for a third party to prove nothing was changed.
AI note-takers
Turning a call into a transcript and a summary.
They only bolt onto someone else's call — no live rooms of their own, no encrypted rooms, no tamper-proof record, no access control.
Community audio & chat
Live, social conversation at scale.
It stays ephemeral — nothing becomes a documented, verifiable record you can rely on later.
Spotrum is all of it — in one room.
Live voice in three formats, recorded server-side and turned into speaker-named reports: AI-summarised, translated, encrypted where it matters, and sealed into a QR-verifiable document.
A live map under every room
Participants appear on a shared real-time map — meeting points with live ETA, events pinned to a place and time, city-level privacy by default. Few platforms combine live rooms, speaker-attributed AI documentation and a shared live map in one workflow.
Reports anyone can verify
Every exported report is cryptographically sealed and carries a QR — any third party can confirm at spotrum.com/verify that the document is genuine. Screenshots and edited PDFs can't do that.
Protected by cryptography. Verifiable by anyone.
Security isn't a paid add-on — it's the foundation. Connections are always encrypted, recordings are signed and tamper-evident, and any private room can be fully end-to-end encrypted — on every plan.
- Private rooms stay privateNot recorded, not transcribed.
- Your data stays in the EUEstonia, COUBUS OÜ, under GDPR.
- You decide how long it livesAuto-delete for chat; recordings on your call.
End-to-end encryption
AES-GCM · ECDHIncluded in every plan — Free includedAny private room can be end-to-end encrypted — on every plan. Even Spotrum cannot listen, not in practice and not in principle. By design, E2EE rooms cannot be server-recorded or transcribed — features that need access to the audio are unavailable there.
Cryptographic signatures
Signed · QREvery exported report and poll is cryptographically signed and verifiable by anyone via QR.
No guessable links
HMAC-SHA256Recordings are served only through short-lived, signed links — nothing is public or enumerable.
Encrypted storage
AES-256Recordings, files and attachments are stored encrypted (AES-256).
Host-controlled access
Waiting room · RBACWaiting rooms, verified-only entry and fine-grained co-host permissions keep every room yours.
Everyone on one live map.
Wherever they are.
Every Spotrum room comes with a shared, real-time map. See who's where, drop meeting points and events, mark places with photos, measure distances, and keep a scattered group together — with privacy always in the participant's hands.
Everyone on the map, live
See each other move in real time. When a tour group scatters across an unfamiliar city, nobody gets lost.
Privacy-safe by default
Everyone appears at approximate, city-level location — see the group's spread without exposing anyone's exact spot.
Precise location, opt-in
Any participant can switch precise location on for themselves, and off just as fast. Always their choice, never the host's.
Events on the map
Pin an event to a place and time. A banner shows in chat when it starts, and it's added to the calendar.

Questions, answered.
What is Spotrum?
Spotrum is a live voice platform: walkie-style channels, broadcast podiums and video conferences. Every session can be recorded and turned into an AI transcript with speaker names, a structured summary and a verifiable PDF report.
Is Spotrum free?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever and includes public and private rooms, end-to-end encrypted rooms, chat and room files. Pro adds audio recording and larger rooms; Premium unlocks the full AI suite and video recording. Current prices for your region are on the pricing page.
How does AI transcription work?
Each speaker's audio is captured as a separate track, so the transcript attributes every phrase to the right person with timestamps. Summaries, chapters and translations are generated on top.
What is a verifiable PDF report?
Exported session reports carry a cryptographic signature and a QR code. Anyone can scan it on spotrum.com/verify to confirm the document is genuine and untampered.
Is my conversation private?
Rooms are private by default, and any private room can be end-to-end encrypted on every plan — even Spotrum cannot access audio or chat. Recording only happens when the host explicitly starts it.
Which languages and platforms are supported?
The interface speaks 21 languages and Spotrum runs in any modern browser — on desktop and mobile, nothing to install. Native mobile apps are in development. Transcripts can be translated into 21 languages.
Can end-to-end encrypted rooms be recorded or transcribed?
No — by design. In an E2EE room the encryption keys exist only on participants' devices, so our servers cannot decrypt the audio. That also means server-side recording, transcription and AI reports are unavailable there — even Spotrum cannot listen. Need recording and AI documentation? Use a standard room: it is still encrypted in transit and at rest.
