Meetings that end in proof.
Run the call in your browser, record it in one tap, get a transcript attributed to each speaker and an AI summary of decisions — then export a tamper-evident PDF report anyone can verify.
From live call to sealed report
Meet
Start a voice or video room in seconds. Guests join by link with no installs, and a waiting room keeps the door under your control.
Record
One tap starts a server-side recording. Every participant is captured on their own audio track, so attribution is exact — not guessed.
Summarise
AI turns the recording into a speaker-attributed transcript and a structured summary: topics, questions raised, decisions, action items.
Seal
Export a PDF with a signed QR code. The verify page confirms the report was issued by Spotrum — without disclosing any content.
Video conferences, included
Conference mode puts up to four cameras on stage and lets the active speaker lead. Screen share runs as its own stream, the waiting room guards the door — and the session can end in a verifiable report.
- Per-speaker audio tracks for exact attribution
- AI summary with decisions and action items
- Optional E2EE for private calls — with recording off by design
How teams actually use it
Minutes that write and seal themselves
A quarterly board call runs as a private room with the waiting room on. Every director is recorded on their own track; an hour after the call the corporate secretary exports a sealed PDF — topics, decisions, action items — with a QR any auditor can verify years later.
Interviews you can revisit fairly
Recruiters interview in a standard room with recording on. Instead of trusting four people's notes, the panel reads a speaker-attributed transcript — who claimed what, word for word — and the AI summary turns opinions into one structured debrief.
The end of 'that's not what we agreed'
A studio runs weekly client calls in Spotrum and sends the verifiable report after each one. Scope disputes stopped: both sides open the same sealed document with the decisions of record, not their recollections of them.
A design review with the file on screen
The designer shares the mockups as a second stream while staying on camera in a movable picture-in-picture. Every comment lands in the transcript under its author's name; the decisions section becomes the changelist for the next iteration.
One standup across four time zones
Fifteen minutes, cameras on stage, action items extracted automatically. Teammates asleep in their time zone read the report at their morning coffee — same facts, no retelling.
The demo that follows up on itself
The waiting room admits the client by name, the demo runs as a screen share, and the follow-up email carries the verifiable report: what was shown, what was promised, what happens next — with a QR the client's procurement can check.
Board-ready by design
For conversations where the outcome matters — boards, hiring, client calls, negotiations — Spotrum produces a record you can hand to someone who wasn't in the room.
- Every report carries a report ID and issue time, signed with HMAC-SHA256
- Verification shows metadata only — the content stays with the host
- Recordings and reports retained for up to 365 days on paid plans

Meeting questions, answered
Do guests need an account?+
No — guests join by link in the browser. Private rooms stay protected with a PIN, invites or the waiting room.
How accurate is speaker attribution?+
Exact, not guessed: every participant is recorded on their own audio track, so the transcript knows who said each word.
Can a meeting be fully private?+
Yes — any private room can be end-to-end encrypted on every plan. By design E2EE meetings cannot be recorded, even by Spotrum.
How many people can be on camera?+
Four cameras share the stage at a time, and the stage follows whoever speaks. The room itself holds up to 150 participants.
Can I share my screen and stay on camera?+
Yes — screen share is a second, independent stream. Your camera stays live in a movable picture-in-picture over the shared screen.
Is end-to-end encryption available?+
Yes, for private rooms on every plan. By design an E2EE call cannot be server-recorded or transcribed — you choose per meeting which matters more.
